Glamour Supply Corp (Online Orders Only)

Return Eligibility

  • Online returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.

  • Customers must contact us before returning any item to receive return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety, and sanitation reasons, we do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Opened or used shampoos, treatments, or styling products

  • Hair color, bleach, developers, or chemical products once opened

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or incorrect application

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Email us with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  • Once approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are issued only if a replacement is unavailable.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing after approval.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent incorrectly.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Glamour Supply Corp is not responsible for lost return shipments.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges may be approved for unopened items within the return window.

  • Price differences may apply.
