1. Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
- During peak periods (e.g., holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly extended.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (for orders placed before 12:00 PM EST).
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and any potential carrier delays.
3. Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order.
4. International Shipping
- We offer international shipping to select countries.
- Delivery times vary by destination and can take 7-21 business days.
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s customs authorities.
- Certain products may be restricted from international shipping due to regulatory issues.
5. Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
- You can track your order directly via the link provided in the email or through your GlamourSupplyNY account.
6. Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or freight forwarders.
- Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulations.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
- GlamourSupplyNY is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
- If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We will assist as much as possible in resolving the issue.
8. Undeliverable Packages
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping fees may apply.
9. Order Changes & Cancellations
- Once an order has been placed and processing has begun, it cannot be modified or canceled. If you need to make changes, contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist.
10. Shipping Notifications
- Shopify will automatically send shipping notifications to the email address provided at checkout, including tracking information once the order is shipped.
